To qualify for a refund, the product must not have been accessed or downloaded. Once a game has been downloaded, it is considered “used,” and a refund cannot be issued.
Since our products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to return. Instead, eligible refunds are processed upon confirmation that the digital product has not been accessed or downloaded.
