UNCHARTED 4: A Thieves End
The collection consists of two excellent games, firstly Uncharted 4: A Thieves End which is set several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake is forced back into the world of thieves. Fate comes knocking on the door when Sam, Drakes's presumed dead brother, resurfaces seeking his help to save his own life and with the offer of adventure, Drake just can't resist. A winner of 150 Game of the Year Awards. A globe-trotting adventure with the largest and most detailed environments in any of the Uncharted franchise. Fluid combat and traversal by use of the grappling hook create even more dynamic and thrilling action sequences.
UNCHARTED: The Lost Legacy
In order to recover an ancient artifact and keep it out of the hands of a ruthless warmonger, Chloe Frazer must enlist the aid of renowned mercenary Nadine Ross and venture to India's Western Ghats to locate the Golden Tusk of Ganesh. In Chloe's greatest journey yet, she must confront her past and decide what she is willing to sacrifice to forge her own legacy. It features an exotic mix of urban, jungle, and ancient ruins environments on the southwestern coast of the Indian peninsula. It builds on the acclaimed UNCHARTED series gameplay with updated systems and refinements including cinematic combat, exploration, traversal, complex puzzles, and more.
Enhanced Performance Plus
Whilst playing UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection for many hours over the last month, my favorite high frame rate mode, known as Performance Plus in the settings menu. You do not need an HDMI 2.1 capable TV to enjoy this mode as any display with a 120 Hz panel can easily support it as it runs at 1080p but with the native resolution quadrupled from 1080p to 4K the third option, Performance mode is the default setting. It runs at a 60fps target in a native resolution of 1440p. When you use the enhanced Performance Plus mode there are impressive remastered graphics especially in the areas of texture quality and shadow definition also foliage, building, and characters. During the games, both Chloe Frazer and Nathan Drake climb to some great heights and allow you the pleasure of some stunning views where you can clearly see objects in the distance such as buildings and objects thanks to the absolutely incredible graphics modifications.
Feel all the Bumps, Punches, and Jumps
Two of the greatest games in the UNCHARTED franchise are available in one fantastic package, both remastered to the highest quality by Naughty Dog, For the players that have already started the games on the PS4 you will be delighted to discover that you can import all of your saves natively, you just need to have them stored on your PS5. UNCHARTED, it is renowned for its clever blend of shooting, climbing, and some intricate set pieces and problem-solving, and as you would guess these two titles are not an exception they are possibly two of the best games in the entire UNCHARTED series. With the haptic feedback for PS5's DualSense controllers so you will almost feel all the bumps punches jumps as they happen. UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection will satisfy your gaming experience for literally hours and leave you very impressed by Naughty Dog's latest, greatest additions.
